Yuangong Movement

The sixteen movements of the Yuangong aim at strengthening our physical health. They are simple to learn, take very little time to complete and can show results quickly. Yuangong form is made of two parts, each with eight movemtns.

The eight movements in level 1 are designed to enhance the flow of energy in our body. Each movement has a specific function in treating disorders. It is the base for level two.

These movements are effective in treating:

  • Disorders in the cervical, vertebrae, and headaches
  • Disorder in the lungs, chest, trachea, and lower back.
  • Lower back and digestive problems.
  • Treating joints of the feet and establish balance.
  • Smoothing out blockage of Qi. Treating rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatism, stroke, varicose veins.
  • Tightness in the chest, lung problems (pneumonia, bronchitis and respiratory ailment). Strengthening the intake respiration, and enhance the immune system.
  • Enhancing the amount Qi in our body by gathering the Qi from the heaven and the earth. Open central meridian channel in our body.
  • Concentrating Qi in Dantien, which is the storehouse of Qi.


The eight movements in level 2 are designed for you to get in a realm of being in harmony with the heaven and the earth. They stress the unification with everything in nature, relaxing mind and tissues.
