What is Yuangong

Some ancient Chinese spiritual masters originally created Yuangong. Master Yang modified it in 1992 by synthesizing some of the best disciplines he learned over the years, and the superior Qigong patterns imported by his masters.
“Yuan”
means, round-circle-complete. For,
“circle” completes the movement of the universe, the sun, the earth, the
moon, and the energy flow along meridians, which make the cosmos entities and
the lives. “Tong” means smooth-continuous,
which lead to the eternity and the evolution of the world.
Yuangong can dissipate the blockage of energy flow in our body.
The spirituality of this exercise promotes a highly effective healing of
our physical bodies. So it is a precious exercise which is aimed at bringing
health and harmony to those in need.
