one, needles are just miracle to deal
with them.
2)

balance is very important to our health.
Fatigue syndromes, sleeping disorders,
menopause syndromes, dry syndromes, cold
limbs and so on, may caused by the
imbalance of Yin and Yang. Acupuncture
can help you to get rid of these
related problems.

Herbs
1)
Tonification
Most of the time, our kidneys are
deficient, because the fundamental
energy of our body is from our kidneys,
which is named as "Jing". There are two
types of Jing, one is prenatal, and the
other is postnatal. The first one comes
from our parents; the second one is from
our everyday food intakes. The over use
of kidneys, like thinking too much,
stress, excessive emotion, frequent sex
activity, ect, eventually lead to the
deficiency of kidneys. The symptoms may
be soreness of the lower back, fatigue,
aversion of coldness (Yang deficiency),
hot flush (Yin deficiency), dryness and
so forth. Now, you need the tonification
by herbs according to the corresponding
prescriptions. Same as the other
viscera.
2)
Sedation
Sedentary herbs can clear any
congestions or excess of Qi or blood in
our body. Constipation is one of these.
3) Blood
Stasis
This includes visible blood stasis and
invisible ones. The previous one is
close to or in the stage of stroke; the
later one may cause certain local pain.
The invisible stasis can be found the
darkness of the blood; it is the
premanifestation of the visible one.
Both herbs and acupuncture can help with
them.
4) Moving
Qi (Chi)
Qi is the motivation of the blood
circulation. Blood is the carrier of Qi.
Qi stagnation will cause blood stasis.
And the Qi stagnation is mostly caused
by depression, irritation and
inappropriate food intakes, such as too
spicy food, deep-fried food and so on.
This may be the early phase of tumor,
functional problems of internal organs,
mostly this starts from liver. Qigong,
acupuncture and herbs or the combination
is necessary.
3.
Moxibation
For tonification and moving of Qi.
4.
Cupping
For removing Qi or blood stagnation or
both, relieving pains.
