The over use of kidneys, like thinking too much, stress, excessive emotion, frequent sex activity, ect, eventually lead to the deficiency of kidneys. The symptoms may be soreness of the lower back, fatigue, aversion of coldness (Yang deficiency), hot flush (Yin deficiency), dryness and so forth. Now, you need the tonification by herbs according to the corresponding prescriptions. Same as the other viscera.

The invisible stasis can be found the darkness of the blood; it is the premanifestation of the visible one. Both herbs and acupuncture can help with them.

4) Moving Qi (Chi)

Qi is the motivation of the blood circulation. Blood is the carrier of Qi. Qi stagnation will cause blood stasis. And the Qi stagnation is mostly caused by depression, irritation and inappropriate food intakes, such as too spicy food, deep-fried food and so on. This may be the early phase of tumor, functional problems of internal organs, mostly this starts from liver. Qigong, acupuncture and herbs or the combination is necessary.
